I have always been passionate about small business success. I can trace it back to shopping for sports gear with my dad before each new season. He believed so strongly in shopping local and supporting our community by buying from small business owners.
Not only did he teach me, but he led by example, which is exactly what I strive to do now.
As an adult, I realized that my passion and expertise lie in being a #2- in helping visionary entrepreneurs and CEOs achieve their unique future states. Simply put, leaders want to go from A-D, so I focus on B & C to ensure a smooth, streamlined, successful arrival at D.

A graduate of The Citadel and with more than two decades of operational leadership experience, I’ve held a variety of positions, ranging from COO and Director of Operations to General and Project Manager to multi-business entrepreneur. (Fun fact: My first business was Island Chef Personal Chef Services in 2009.)
Today, my client roster includes healthcare professionals, financial experts, marketers, branding agencies and other professional service providers who are really good at what they do and seeking help to align, optimize and scale their business. That’s where I come in.
